If you purchased on smartwool.com between October 6, 2021, and December 25, 2021, you would be able to return the unworn socks on January 15, 2022, or 45 days before the date of purchase. The company includes a free shipping return label with your purchase. The initial shipping cost is not eligible for refunds, and the returned socks must be in their original packaging.
You need to include the original packing slip or your name, mailing address, email address, and order number for an easy transaction and to avoid missing information.
